Our consultants have years of experience in MES integration, deployment, and management. Through a strategic relationship with Abinition we provide a product suite for integrating semiconductor equipment with PROMIS.

We also have experience with Applied Materials CELLworks at an advanced level. CELLworks is used both in equipment automation and MES (FACTORYworks).

Our products for the pharmaceutical industry increase the usable life and capabilities of tablet packaging equipment, while reducing downtime due to obsolete parts. We build and market a replacement control system for Merrill(tm) slat counter tablet packaging equipment, a bottle rejector for rejecting bottles off a conveyor system, and an after-market software upgrade for Speck-Tech tablet packaging equipment.

We can take on projects involving PLC automation of existing or new equipment.

Michael Cornwell, Senior Consultant
Mr. Cornwell brings 20 years experience in MES configuration, deployment, and management. His experience includes PROMIS, Eyelit MES, FAB300, Camstar. He has worked most recently at Solyndra, Qimonda, and Form Factor. He is available to travel globally to help with your MES challenges.
